Who it is for
ShopPilot Pro is being shaped for small repair shops that need a real workflow without enterprise software pricing or a complicated cloud-only setup. It is practical, local-first, and built to work in shops running on basic computers, tablets, and sometimes a hotspot.
Core workflow
Create repair orders, collect customer info, attach photos, estimate dates, signatures, and notes.
Track waiting diagnosis, approval, parts, in-service, and ready pickup work from the counter or shop.
Use a tablet for shop updates, pickup snapshots, and intake help with offline-friendly workflow paths.

Private beta
The current demo is meant for private handout testing. It includes a 30-day demo guard, setup checklist, known limits sheet, and a walkthrough so testers can understand the program without a long phone call.

Built from experience
This system is being built by a small shop owner who needed a better way to run the day: repair intake, customer updates, live boards, parts, receipts, pickups, closeouts, and backups. The goal is simple: help small shops stay organized without forcing them into software made for companies much bigger than they are.
