Ownership and copyright
ShopPilot Pro, its name, logo, website copy, screen designs, workflows, demo materials, and software are owned by ShopPilot Pro and its owner unless otherwise noted. All rights are reserved.
No copying or redistribution
Demo access is for evaluation only. Testers may not copy, resell, publish, share, repackage, redistribute, or use ShopPilot Pro materials to build a competing product.
No reverse engineering
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, bypass demo limits, remove notices, share unlock codes, or attempt to recreate protected ShopPilot Pro software, screens, or workflows from the demo.
Test data first
Use fake customers, work orders, and sales before using live shop data. Do not enter real card numbers into beta screens or website forms.
Backups are required
Back up before updating, importing, restoring, or running a real shop test. Keep a copy outside the program folder when possible.
No guarantee yet
The beta is provided for testing and feedback. It should not be treated as guaranteed accounting, tax, payment, or legal record software during private testing.
Hardware varies
Printer, cash drawer, tablet, Hub, and local network behavior may vary by Windows setup, browser, Android version, and shop hardware.
Feedback helps shape the product
Report blocked workflows, red boxes, failed saves, slow screens, unclear wording, and anything that makes daily shop work harder.
Founding buyer offer
Founding buyer pricing is a ShopPilot Pro-only early member offer of $59.99 USD per month, discounted from the regular $89.99 Pro rate. The locked rate and free Pro upgrades apply while the ShopPilot Pro membership stays active. XL, Multi-Store, and Rental are separate products with separate pricing.
Recurring PayPal membership
The regular ShopPilot Pro one-shop membership is $89.99 USD per month and includes the POS register without a separate POS add-on. Eligible founding Pro members can lock in $59.99 while their Pro membership stays active. This founding rate applies only to ShopPilot Pro. The exact amount and renewal terms are confirmed by PayPal before approval. Membership renews automatically until it is cancelled through PayPal. A failed payment may receive a short grace period before licensed program access is limited.
Cancellation and shop records
A membership may be cancelled anytime through PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewal, access continues through the paid period, and ShopPilot does not delete local customer, repair, inventory, POS, receipt, or backup records. Owners should export and retain their backups before access ends.
Data ownership and portability
The shop retains ownership of the customer and business records it enters into ShopPilot. While access is available, the owner may create a portable export containing common CSV files, a complete JSON archive, and saved attachments for transfer or record retention. License credentials and private service configuration are not included.
